Shep is not hysterical. He is angry and frustrated. There's a difference there too.

And, no, if I were in the midst of this I would NOT want Shep or G. guarding my back. They cannot maintain their heads in a crisis and that helps NO ONE.
If you maintain differently, fine, but will not retract my assessment of either of these men so if the point is to convince me to do so please refrain. It will not happen.
