Yeah. Not exactly "breaking" here, but we've now got'em in the Astrodome, Reliant Arena, and the Reliant Center, plus they're preparing a huge convention center downtown, so it makes sense they're pulling out all stops for security.
We are NOT going to have out of control behavior here. I don't expect it anyway, these people have been through the wringer.
Houston is doing a MAGNIFICENT job, keep us in your prayers. It's giving me chills thinking about it. Everybody is pitching in and saying "bring them on." The world should look at what's happening here, but of course they won't.
Not that it matters, but it's 25,000 each in Houston, Dallas and San Antonio. Special medical needs persons will go to Ft. Worth. Of course this does not count the folks that evacuated themselves and now have nowhere to return to. Their numbers are about 4 or 5 times the numbers of folks who needed to be evacuated now, because for whatever reason they didn't before the storm hit.
Yeah but this is Texas, they are used to floods of people pouring in, demanding Government Services.
