If ONE human being dies because some moonbat saves a dog or cat instead of the human, they should be charged with murder.

Under what statute? And what jury would convict a person who did this?

The statue would be a "lesser included offense" of 2nd degree murder; depraved indifference.

However, you are correct: no leftist, demoncrap jury in LA would ever convict. Animals are far more important than those poor, oppressed people, don'tcha know?
