Anyone ever explain to you how our system of government works, about federalism, the Consitution, things like that?
How cities and states are responsible for policing themselves, and how the federal government is responsible for national security and other national issues?
Naw, I didn't think so.
I never advocated otherwise..I'm in favor of eliminating FEMA and returning the costs to taxpayers...
