No... he was calling her on the fact that she was grandstanding -- talking about all they are "doing" to help, referring to getting together to pass a funding bill, as if it was some great wonderous feat.

Was he? I saw the last part of the interview when she was thanking President Bush. It seemed to me that he was whining and trying to get her to blame the feds
