I was listening to Open Road last night, and they said that when Bush told people not to make unnecessary trips, the lines at the gas stations disappeared.....have never seen anything like it.

That's really good to hear. Once I heard the President ask, I changed travel plans and fought the urge to top off my tank this morning, but it's such a small thing (and I have a small tank), that I figured only if lots of others were doing the same would it make any difference.
