At this point officials who whine, complain, or blame are exactly like looters and thugs. Why? Because their public remarks ruin the positive efforts to help by creating animosities, impairments to decision making and misallocation of resources. They also poison the public upwhelming of support by confusing the real issues that need to be dealt with NOW -- scouting, organization, relief, provision for the evacuees.
