You can drink 16 glasses of 8 oz water in a day?
I've tried drinking water like recommended by the medical community: eight 16 oz. glasses. Unless you're really dehydrated, by the second day you're ready to puke at the thought of anymore water. I just can't do that.
In hot weather? Very easily. I've even done it in upper-70s/lower 80s weather while canoeing. You have to replace the sweat somehow.
