CANTON, Ohio -- A man who claimed he was sleepwalking when he molested three girls in his home has been convicted of rape and other charges.
Jeffrey S. Buske, 38, faces up to 25 years in prison at his sentencing Thursday.
The victims, a young relative and two friends, testified that Buske molested them while they slept at his house. The attacks occurred between 1998 and 2003.
The girls, now teens, reported the attacks in January 2004 and said they were afraid to come forward sooner.
Sgt. Eric Weisburn said Buske claimed he had a problem with sleepwalking and may have mistaken the girls for his wife.
Defense attorney Michael Peterson questioned why the girls waited to report the alleged attacks and questioned the lack of physical evidence.
I thought the "Sleepwalking Defense" was foolproof!

I don't believe this for a minute. And the story from the girls doesn't make much sense, either. If he molested the friends of his "relative," why did the friends stay there more than once?
Man, this guy must be pretty well rested. And what stamina!
This sub-human should get 250 years. Complete with all the prison sex his butt can handle.
I wonder if Bubba will say he was sleepwalking when he molests this guy in prison?

Great. He can sleepwalk in prison. Hell, he can even sleepwalk when he goes to visit Ol' Sparky.
