He said 15 miles from Biloxi and near the beach - I've never been to Mississippi and don't know the area - and he expects that the hurricane wiped it out because he did see pictures of areas he recognized on the highways near his area. I'll give him the information.
We are assuming that since he can't contact anyone at the house and that they haven't contacted his brother in Chicago that its probably serious.
Perhaps it is Jackson County rather than the City of Jackson. Jackson County is one of the Coastal counties and was very hard hit by the hurricane. If I can help in any way, I'll be happy to try. I have phone, cell phone, and internet service.
