Actually this has been paraded in the press for about a three weeks. During the week of Aug 15 when I was in Louisiana the Times Picuyune ran a fairly detailed story including quotes both from officers with the brigade and from the Adjutant Generals office about the timeline for the brigade rotation. There was also TV coverage including interviews with wives of some of the men about to return. I don't mention items which are not already in open source channels.
