Why hasn't Pres. Bush written an executive order reducing fuel types to three formulas, instead of the current 40+ formulas bottlenecking refinery capacity? drilling in ANWR has passed the House many times and surprise guess who is bottlenecking it in the Senate?
Yep your fireindly enivorwhacko democrat. House and Senate leaders are going to atttach ANWR drilling to budget bills so that it only needs 51 votes to pass the Senate.
