There are two ways. I use this link with Real Player http://mfile.akamai.com/12912/live/reflector:38843.asx and if you go to http://www.wdsu.com you can click on their listen live link.

My Windows Media Player 10 won't load any of the links and I won't use Real Player because it just about takes over your computer and loads Spyware and I don't want to take the time to try to find and disable all their crap.
