Just a thought...it will take the cruise lines an amount of time to realign their ports of call. I would like to see the affected ships take the initiative to provide their ships for emergency supply transport. I don't think that setting them up as floating refugee centers is viable.
The cruise ships change their ports of call very often during hurricane season , most are not American. No help will be coming from them.
