Might want to come up with a plan B ... hotels in Melbourne Fla haven't been rebuilt yet from last year's storms. Recent article talking about $65M revenue (govt rake-off) shortfall. There will be some major rebuilding going on in the Big Easy.
..Aren't all the major hotels on our beachside still empty....a year later!
I'm talking big hotels like Ramada, Holiday Inn, Raddison, etc.
Still being renovated, and we weren't even ground zero.
Also had a huge church steeple zapped off and embedded in the church upside down.
