That guy is a moron. Earlier today he talked about a seven foot levee that would be overflowed but he said it was a pretty levee.
The word moron was the first that occurred to me also. I actually typed it in and returned to remove it. I didn't want to add any insult to the NO inhabitants insulting their mayor.
I agree with you. He couldn't even read the order. It was rather embarassing. I'm sure he was nervous, but it made me uncomfortable to watch him. He sure wouldn't promote confidence in me if I lived in NO.
