So, not only is your position that everybody should be responsbile for themselves, now you're advocating that they ignore evacuation orders because "it's too hard" to get back?
There was a thread here on FR last year where a guy in Florida was tasered because he wanted to get to his house.

You're right. The entire story is that folks on the Sanibel Causeway were prevented from returning to their homes despite reports of looters gaining access to the island by boat and stripping their homes. That won't happen again.
This year LE has made residents obtain mirror tags that clearly identify them as residents and furthermore most of us on the barrier islands know who the scumbags are/were that pilfered the houses on the islands.
It won't go down the same way again. Trust me.
