show me the passages of the US Constitution that outline the specifications of the Right to Privacy

If the Constitution is a living breathing document, wouldn't SC decisions also be living breathing decisions?

So maybe Roe was an inhale. Thirty years later is time to exhale.

Great point! If the Constitution can change with the times, then there's no such thing as an immutable right, which kind of gets in the way of the ultimate Right of Privacy, doesn't it?
