A new rotor was being brought in Wednesday afternoon to be used as a spare part for a U.S. Border Patrol helicopter brought down by a rock thrown by an illegal immigrant Tuesday, said the patrol's Yuma sector spokesman.

>"When "illegal aliens" are fair game for application of lethal force without anything resembling due process...you will discover that the Left considers you a special subset of "illegal alien."

You mean like those "illegal aliens" at Ruby Ridge, Waco, and Miami.
You are a bit late on that analogy. Hitlery has already used lethal, and excessive forces for all these situations.
Dis-arming our citizens, and LEO's only makes it easier for the Hildabeast to use overpowering force to achieve her ends.

So, enlighted us. Do you feel a person or group can exercise their right to practice their religion if it includes sexual relations with 5 year old children? It is their right isn't it?

What about Islam? Should they be allowed to settle here and become citizens and begin to exterminate non-Muslim and rape women. Its their right isn't it to preactice thier religion by the way our constitution reads.

You sir need to take a course in constitutional law and learn how to read and interpret.

Yup, just keep repeating Janet Reno's talking points, that really burnishes your conservative credentials.

You mean felons. You will never convince anyone except other criminals that the leaders in Waco and Ruby Ridge were anything but criminal themselves.

They were in violation of several laws in all these cases. Miami was the only one on shakey ground and nobody was injured there. Their remedy was the courts which they did and lost.

If you want certain rulings and precidents then start a movement to get your man in the WH and have him appoint judges that you like.

It is not robe-worship, it is obeying the law until changed through legal means.

When the time come for armed rebellion and it may someday soon, I hope to see you up front on your side ( whichever that is ) rather than talking and letting others fight your fight. Go try to be an LEO or military person and face their issues of not always agreeing with the command but following orders and then let's talk. Poser.

I would not have been in charge of, or participated in, any effort to enforce laws that fly in the face of the Constitution...unlike you.

Oh look, it's back!

Just how did the enforcement fly in the face of the constitution? Sounds to me like it has been pointed out to you by somebody who was there, that this is not the case. Yet you persist in running your mouth about something you know nothing about. It appears after looking at some of your previous posts, you are against anything that has to do with enforcing the borders or anything remotely resembling enforcement of anything you don't agree with. What are you, an illegal yourself?

And no I don't think you belong on FR. You are nothing more than an argument waiting to happen. Most here don't intentionally defend positions to the point of calling everyone who disagrees with them serfs or not worthy of this country. Nothing anyone else says makes a damn bit of difference to you. You are right, and damn it, that's all that matters. All your posts suggest you know something about the military. What happened, did you get disillusioned, and now do nothing but crap on the country you believed wronged you or are you just an anarchist who thinks any government that interferes with your right to do anything you want is an infringement?

So which right wing storm trooper group do you belong to? I imagine you defend Timothy McVee also. It is people like you that the Hitlery's and the Brady's want to use in order to remove our Second Amendment rights. If you look at FR's manifesto people with your point of view are not main stream conservative which is what this site represents. I think you feel more at home where they advise overthrowing the government by force.

"You will never convince anyone except other criminals that the leaders in Waco and Ruby Ridge were anything but criminal themselves."

Randy Weaver was entrapped into committing a felony--and it was done SOLELY to get him on the hook as a confidential informant inside the Aryan Nations (a group I have absolutely no use for, BTW), where he would be paid by the feds to...engage in entrapment.

So you support the concept of the government manufacturing criminals, so that these newly-minted criminals can go out and make more criminals...

That's a really perverse way of ensuring your job security.

As for Waco, the only real evidence we have is what the federal government managed to allegedly salvage from the rubble of the fire that they deliberately set. And, of course, the government would NEVER lie to us, right?

Your answer, not Renos, not mine, yours, please we are waiting...

Just a yes or no. Since you are all about black and white interpretation just a yes or no will do.

The only evidence for that claim is from (a) Janet Reno's Justice Department, which has a serious credibility problem, and (b) the law enforcement agencies tasked with imposing the New World Order's vision of a disarmed American public on us...and who also have a serious credibility problem.

I don't agree with you on the criminal alien invader issue... IMO, anyone illegally crossing the border should be considered a threat to national security & should be stopped by any means necessary.

Yor're exactly right on the Waco issue, however. Every single jackbooted thug that was there is guilty of 90 counts of premeditated murder, & it sickens me that they still walk free. It sickens me even more that their ilk are present on this forum, dedicated to a Free Republic. You'd think that they'd feel more at home on a fascist website. Probably just taking down our names for the next round of slaughtering those who don't bow down to gov't power.

"Just how did the enforcement fly in the face of the constitution?"

Which part of "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed" isn't clear to you?

"I imagine you defend Timothy McVee also."

McVeigh was guilty as hell. The evidence points to him being a covert agent for somebody, and had associations with a lot of evildoers. Given that the federal government worked REALLY hard to not see those connections, and to express-lane him to the death chamber and not have a chance to find his unnamed accomplices, thus putting more Americans at risk of life and limb, I am forced to conclude that they had a very pressing reason to not find those accomplices. The only conclusion that makes sense is that the trail leads ultimately to the federal government.

Well, if it's a war, then we need to fight a war. But militarizing a law enforcement agency--and still calling it law enforcement--is a really bad idea.

Weaver was not entrapped. He was given the opportunity to break the law and he chose poorly. He chose to further his beliefs illegally in stead of through lega means.

"rubble of the fire that they deliberately set"

The fire was set from within, are you a fire marshal now or just blind?
