Since WTO riots, the seattle police have been put under a microscope. LIberal activist groups keep throwing up lawsuits agianst the city and seattle PD.
A judge just ruled in one of these groups favor saying the Seattle police crossed the line and violated their rights. The Seattle police were just trying to keep a bunch of anarchists who showed up wearing black fatigues and ski masks from tearing the city apart. You saw the videos of what those animals where doing.
Thus now as well, anytime a minority individual is shot by the police, there is a massive investigation. The minority leaders go nuts and scream racism. And due to the socialist democrats who run that city, the police get no support from them on these isssues, and have to end up doing most of the representation themselves.
Victims were military, Seattle and the people who run it are Marxists(I am NOT exaggerating).
I imagine they are looking REAL hard for the perps.
Gangbangers is right. New Orleans is FULL of them. Particularly in the housing projects. These vermin need killin (as Uma Thurman in Kill Bill would describe it)
The only account I have is what is posted. That seem to be the problem with this story. If you can get the video, be advised, it may be disturbing to some.

Here's an idea of what the Seattle PD were up against. Look at what these animals where doing to the city. And NOW, liberal activist judges and lawyers are suing them because they dared to try to break it up and used tear gas.
That is no excuse for failing to conduct a criminal investigation in a timely manner. It's a safety issue for the public. If these suspects go on to hurt or murder others, due to a bad investigation or cover up, they will really be held liable by any future victims.
Look what I have to live near right now.
That's about protest gone bad and some property damage.
This is very different. This is an attempted murder investigation, with video evidence, that was reported 3 weeks after the crime, and it appears law enforcement possibly failed to go public with the video in an effort to identify these very dangerous suspects.

Good questions, but don't hold your breath waiting for the Mayor, the media or the police chief to issue any answers. Seattle is the belly of the beast when it comes to PC liberal idiocy.
I would hazard to guess that had the two GIs been black and the attackers white, this videotape would have been on the national news quite some time ago.
