Took the Chach to his first puppy class, just orientation tonight. He fell asleep half way through class. I hope this isn't a bad omen. LOL.

What's in
my name? Well, not a lot of creativity went into it, for sure. Mama_Bear came about because I am a mom (of a Navy Gulf War veteran - GO NAVY!) and because my beloved Dachshund's name was "Bear", and because I love teddy bears.....and, finally, because the other names I wanted (like "Lori") were already taken. LOL.
This is such a fun thread, Billie. Sorry I missed yesterday, and I can't stay today either. We are hosting a big barbecue at our house this coming Saturday and I have a list a mile long of things to do to get ready for it. But, it doesn't look like you are lacking for participation, so I think I can sneak off and no one will miss me. ;-)
