Today we're talking about FR Screen names - and logos for those names. There are several logos in the opening post, and we hope to see many more throughout the day.
Additionally, in the Welcome graphic above, there are four logos hidden in four of the letters. Just slide your mouse over each one until you see one that's clickable. It could be *your* name. :) |

Hi Billie!
You may have noticed there are quite a few Bobs around Free Republic.
I noticed it too. Some days, it seems every Tom, Dick, and Harry is named Bob.
And then I realized that my screen name is just a nickname, so I became NicknamedBob. (Just call me NnB or Bob for short, after all, it's a nickname.)
I never came up with a logo. Any suggestions?

Great thread as usual!
Just thought I'd pop in from the delightful coastal town of Penzance in England where I'm taking a break from it all and say HEY. (Can't find the quote marks on this Brit keyboard...)
I hope everyone is well. Keep on keeping on!

Good morning, T-Girl!
Hmmmmm....you must not have a 'logo'.
Maybe you'll have one before the day is over. : )

GOOD MORMING!
Neet theme!
When I first registered on FR I was going to use the name of my favorite first lady (Dolly Madison) as a screenname but it wasn't available.
So I chose "Clara Suzanne".
But Clara Suzanne sounded too stuffy and it didn't really fit me.
Louie, Billie and some others said I might change it to "Pippi" as in Pippi Longstockings.
B ut that name was unavailable so, being a fan of Tolkien and even though I'm a female, I just took Pippi and added an "N".
I think I'll keep it :o)

Good Morning Pippin! :) When I put my screen name in, it was following 9/11. I put in GodBlesstheUSA and for some reason it wouldn't accept the - the. :) So that's why I have no the. LOL!
I was once on a thread and had a legitimate question, Two Freepers flamed me for the question. You know, once in a blue moon someone has to question the innocent. LOL! Not the poster of the thread, she was kind. It was funny because I was missing the - the. They assumed I was not from America. I thought that was funny. :)
