As Dennis Prager points out, there's more to life than a concern with the things of the world. We live in an alienated age and our alienation is not due to material deprivation but because our souls feel empty. There can be no true freedom without God in our lives. We need Him as much as He needs us.

We need Him as much as He needs us. We need Him infinitely more.

The entire series is brilliant. All the sections are on Prager's web site, and also can be searched on WorldNetDaily.

Why, one should LOVE the things spiritual [I mean the good ones], at 80 proof spirits and higher. Say, a 20-25 years old brandy strengthens both one's spirit and body to an exceptional degree.
