This is redundant, we already have CNN.
What a disgrace that a former Marine Lt. would work for the network of terrorists. What the heck is going on?
-While Rushing's exact role has yet to be announced, his appearance on the network is sure to lend it some credibility.-
I don't think anyone who would watch Al Jazeera bothers their empty heads with little things like credibility.
If you don't want to watch it, don't turn to that channel. Is it going to hurt you to see another point of view?
Even if you view them as "the enemy", it's good strategy to know what your enemy is thinking and saying.
Sometimes I think the average "conservative" has more in common with an ostrich than any other animal.
They plan to take over the US, of course. They tell us this every five minutes. Getting on TV is step one.
So now Satan gets his own cable TV channel in the U.S., to tell his legions how bad the Joooooooooooooz and Crusaders are.
Any U.S. serviceman who helps these devils is making a huge mistake.
They won't be on the air long. A 50 megaton direct nuclear explosion will ruin their transmission equipment.
Why was Al Jazeera not blown up on September 12, 2001?
For what it's worth, several of my Arab friends have been getting it on satellite for years and so I've actually seen it many times in the original Arabic version. My Arabic is basic, but from what I saw it seems to be a non-stop orgy of America and Israel bashing, and very seldom indulges in critiques of its own society. If you want a taste, check out the English edition of their website, www.aljazeera.com.
If I were a betting man, I would lay 10 to 1 odds that Al J would offer ballanced news in english at first, putting us all to sleep. "Just another cable news channel." we would say.
Then gradually they would move the audience towards islamic hate speech. Never will they reveal their true agenda (in English), but they will prep their audience to hate Israel and influence anti Israel democrats.
Arab Americans will still get the true Al J in arabic, but never in english.
What? You mean we need ANOTHER terrorist supporting network? We already have CNN.
Fine. They'll just further drain ABC, CBS, NBC and CNN of viewers.
Then they can all go down the drain together.
"Be sure to let your cable company know that you are cancelling your subscription if they add Al Jazeera to their service."
Done.
I will cancel my cable in a 'heartbeat' if they follow through. I am ready to do so regardless. For whatever reason, prices per month continue to creep upward. $ 40, then 45, then 48, then 51, now 54 but without noticeable upgrades of any sort in service.
I am just looking for an excuse to move to DISH network. This may put me over the top.
