Dick Cheney may be a naturally reserved man; maybe even someone who's naturally shy/introverted but has overcome that shyness. (It's how he impresses me.) But he is downright brilliant and knows more about politics and the inner workings of DC than any 20 senior talking heads all rolled into one. During the debates, he absolutely filleted both Joe Lieberman in 2000 and John Edwards in 2004 without even working up a sweat.
