She is a very sick woman with some very sick friends. The thing is that she's lost all her old friends over this and these new "friends" are going to drop her like a hot potato the moment her usefullness expires.

DBR...speaking for myself...I understand that the picture is one of those "necessary evils" that needed to be posted.
It highlights how this woman is exploiting the death of her sone for extremely selfish and stupid reasons.

Thanks tx! Make sure you remind our troops that there are those of us who support them to the end and ,believe in them AND have great respect and gratitude for them- even if their own mothers can not or will not do that.

A very good essay I wonder if Cindy Sheehan would even bother to read it if handed a copy. I feel she is too selfish to care about anyone other than herself particularly now that she is a media celebrity.

Any sources for these letters? I'm unwilling to forward them unless I am sure they are well verified.

I guess if cindy doesn't take down the President she can at least undermine our troops morale, that should make her leftist buddies thrilled.
To say nothing of giving aid and comfort to the enemy.

You'd have my utmost respect if you got it into her hands.

I would very much like to be in Crawford, Texas right now instead of Newport News, Virginia.

It is a great letter.
Unfortunatly, Sheehan is too consumed with her own hate of Pres. Bush and America to listen and take heed in it. The issues surrounding her "pain" and grief go way beyond Casey's death, God keep his soul.
I seriously hope she seeks professional help. And asks God to help whatever she's trying to go through.

Thanks TX,for posting this letter.
It brought tears to my eyes.
God bless Casey and all of our troops.

I found them a a different source yesterday which was discussing a documentary, by a leftist, re: Fort Bragg. they used the letters last year. I have since found them on Michael Moore website:

Here's a link to the video of Saddam's torture to which this man refers. Download this to be reminded of where the far left wants Iraq to be today.

Thanks Txradioguy for a great post. It is important to hear the thoughts of Iraqis, especially on our side when we hear so little.
Below is a shortcut to a post for Staff Sergeant Micheal Schafer. He died recently in Afghanistan. Debbie Forbes' tribute is another beautiful antidote to Madame Sheehan's bitterness. If you would please pass it on. It is very worth seeing it is so beautifully done. Thank you for letting me take some of your time.
