Great article, of immense importance. Must get wide circulation and examination now in light of the "Able Danger" issues - consider how likely it is that the whole atmospher of "the wall" was a big influence upon the unnamed "Pentagon lawyers" who supposedly kept info about Atta's terror cell bottled up with the "Able Danger" group.

Consider that it is rather likely that a familiar character will turn out to have had an even more damaging influence on all of these matters than we knew before:

You bet your bippy she knew. She was de facto #2 in the Justice Dept in back of Janet Reno. She is the co-Impeached President and didn't miss ANYTHING in the Administration. I can only assume Hillary got the job for Gorelick or at the very least help vet the position. Also remember, the Clinton administration replaced ALL Federal prosecutors as soon as he took office.

Clinton was most powerful in his efforts to place marxist socialists on all levels of the federal bureacracy. This was a concerted effort that continues to plague our government to this day. Bush has done nothing of equal effect to counter the Clinton assault on out government.

Somewhere in Justice (if they weren't destroyed in the final days of 2002) are the background memos to Reno and Gorelick drawing the picture of WHY the wall needed to be erected.

None of these appear in the 9/11 report and I suspect that they will surface in 2007 to further show the craven intentions of the Clinton Administration and the loony left interest groups who pushed hard while they could to hobble this country.
