Sheehan is out there, and her supporters are loving what they perceive as the damned if does/doesn't position that they desire to put the administration in.

It is a shameless situation, and likely there shall be a backlash for the media types, and subversives who would exploit this woman.

I almost lost my son over there a couple of years and that was a quite stressful time for me, but I would not have condemned the leaders of the country because of it, had it happened.

Lately, every casualty report has me wincing and apprehensive, and that will probably be the case until he returns to the USA!

Her actions are not good for morale of the troops, or their families.

My son in law is active duty in the Navy and the escalating and growing siutuation with the Chinese navy has us all on edge. But he volunteered and is dedicated to his nation and its liberies and we are proud of him and his small family in any case.

My mother lost her only brother over Germany in WW II. My Dad, who passed last year, was a combat vet, a naval officer in the PTO. God bless all who serve and their families...even this misguided woman. At the same time, I feel it incumbant on us all to point out the disservice she does her son's memory, his service, and his last full measure of devotion.
