You asininely remarked "they cleared his bro' and dropped the case." concerning the FBI's investigation of the 9/11/00 incident. Now you believe it isn't settled and speak of some "broader issue" but the issue we were discussing excluded any "broader issue".
You are deliberately trying to bring confusion to the issue at hand. For what purpose, I don't know.
The "prudent" remark referred to what happened in 2000, before the FAA report. Now, after that report of the circumstances and the probable cause of the accident, it is tinfoil to beat the dead horse of a deliberate act. Got it yet?
