They aren't obligated to pay parking tickets. And they couldn't be charged when they looted the cafeteria during a union strike -- they ate all of the food, drank all of the liquor and even stole the silverware.

"Benon Sevan, the one-time head of the Oil-for-Food program who severed his ties with the United Nations on Sunday, should lose his diplomatic immunity so he can be prosecuted for alleged crimes, Paul Volcker said Monday."
Presumably, this has occurred.
