Yes, it's not the breed, it's the owner.

But that will not be the point the DA is making in court, if you own a breed with a bad reputation (fairly deserved or not) and it mauls someone.

Then, the jury will be hearing all about "killer breeds," and your irresponsibility in owning a "killer dog."

I may not like it, but that's reality.
