That can't be right. I thought it was the traditional hub of vote fraud - rural Ohio.

ACT and MoveOn illegally distributed and collected absentee ballots from prison inmates in at least one Philadelphia prison, according to news reports. ACORN reportedly put inaccurate information on voter registration forms.
Violence against GOP volunteers in Philadelphia addressed on page 29; City vote fraud/election irregularities section begins on page 62.
The rats wouldn't do this...would they?

The report further finds that while Democrats routinely accuse Republicans of voter intimidation and suppression, neither party has a clean record on the issue. The report finds that paid Democrat operatives were far more involved in voter intimidation and suppression activities than were their Republican counterparts during the 2004 presidential election. Well, Duh!!

So tell us something we don't know.

Since Philadelphia is a Democratic Party-controlled city and this report slams the Democratic Party's tactics and the administaration of the election by the city, any guesses on the probability that the MSM will pick up the story and run it nationally?
(Hint: it's a number between 0 and -1.)

Philadelphia vote-counting would make Saddam Hussein and the late Josef Stalin blush.
Why the federal government doesn't bother to seriously investigate fraud of this magnitude, I don't understand.

Yes, I would have thought New York, LA or Chicago would head the list, but then again, they said "Hot Spot," not "Volcano."

Yep it's great how when me and my white Buds walk into black precints dressed in our Dockers and Izod shirts we just scare the crap out of them so badly that they just run off and never vote again.
And if they do come back to vote they are so badly shaken they wind up voting for Pat Buchanon etal.

Philadelphia: Chris Matthews' hometown. No doubt he'll want to jump on this story to expose the corruption. Yeah, right.
