Only 40,000 people in Kashmir (Thanx to peace loving terrorist funding Paki generals & ISI)
Only 2,500,000 Hindus & 500,000 Muslims (their own religion) between 1960 to 1970 in Bangladesh.
Well... I forgot the smaller figures (couple of 100s & 1000s here & there). Any way how does it matter for the greater cause of Islamic peace.

And why do Muslims need permission from their clerics to co-operate with authorities? Christians, Jews, even aetheists know homicide bombing and acts of terror are utterly despicable. Muslims have to be told by their clerics?

Actions speak louder than words, and the Muslims have a huge trust deficit to overcome, in my opinion.
