Every illegal alien captured should be flown to the capital city of his or her country of origin. The bill should be applied towards any debt owed by the U.S. to that country. If there is no debt then the money should be deducted from the amount we pay in international support for that country.

The Republican & Democratic parties won't last if this continues. There will be a 'real' third party in the coming decade to challenge them ...

When I was a teenager I worked on a dairy farm during the summers. In 1982 $5 an hour was good money for a highschool kid. After the first summer I started working year round before school feeding calves. I bought, licensed, and insured my first car on my own that way.

Tell you what - I have 3 very able-bodied kids aged 18-24 who go out each day to see if there are any job openings available (including where I work, even!).
It's been like this now for a while now - and I'm beginning to wonder if the color of their skin is wrong and/or maybe it's because they're clean-cut & speak only English.
They're starting to wonder....so am I.

Teens don't just work for gas money. There are many who must pay their way through college -- or would like to.

[...] nationwide study projecting teen employment will continue to fall, with a drop to 36.7 percent this summer from 45 percent in 2000. That puts it at or near its lowest level since the data series began in 1948, despite a strengthening economy and improving overall labor market. Free trade bump.

I would not put too much faith in this article. Below are some additional quotes from the story. Seem to me this is Hysteric Leftist political propaganda dressed up as a "news" report. If you want to get honest data I would go here
http://stats.bls.gov/
The facts on employment do not match the "Data" being "reported" in this "newstory"
That's not to say the sole reason teens are getting squeezed out is that businesses are breaking the rules, going underground and hiring unskilled immigrant labor.
"It's always been the case that some high school kids might not get work because they are lazy, lack initiative, face racism, need contacts, don't have a car or can afford to do something else because they have rich parents.
Other empirical factors cited by Sum include recent reductions in government-sponsored employment programs and the "age twist," the historically unprecedented influx of workers 55 and older into the job market, which may be a function of downsizing, forced retirements, spouses' having to work and the cost of health care."

When I was in college, it wasn't that hard to find part-time work. As the parent of a college kid, I'll tell you that there are very few part-time grunt jobs available. Employers want full-time only for even minimum-wage jobs that, in our city, used to go part-time to college kids and teenagers.

My buddy lives on Cape Cod, and for years the teenagers have been unable to find work, even in the summer because the hotels and other businesses always bring in foreign labor to fill the slots.

I've been saying it for ages. Go after the illegals for tax evasion (and the business that employ them). This is just as good of a loophole as charging illegals with criminal trespassing. Hard working Americans work and pay the taxes that pay for the services that these damn illegals use.
