I don't know why anyone should be surprised. After all when you leave the front and back doors WIDE OPEN, you are going to get all kinds of varmints in the house. It's been anything short of a miracle that we haven't had another terrorist attack in America since 9/11.

The Secretary of Homeland Security told Congress that it is impossible the secure the border against terrorists until they enact the immigration reform legislation.
If you are really concerned about terrorists crossing the border you will encourage your Congressman to give the Homeland Secretary needs to secure the border.
