Not only did JF'n 'out' someone just recently, but he also 'outed' the entire American government in 1970, in his illegal talks with the North Vietnamese government, his encouragement of the protests at home that prolonged the war, (probably leading to additional thousands of deaths of US servicemen,) and eventually led to the US pulling out .

LTPing - think Kerry should lose his security clearance?

Nope, they have found that laws are only a problem for those who obey laws.

Remember Lautenberg and the violation of New Jersey election laws. Blown off completely and got away with it.

"No federal employee who discloses, or has disclosed, classified information, including the identity of a covert agent of the Central Intelligence Agency, to a person not authorized to receive such information shall be permitted to hold a security clearance for access to such information," the amendment language reads.

That's OK because Rove didn't do that, but in Kerry's case, he most certainly DID. Let's go! Bring it on!

pushed for legislation to deny security clearances to officials who disclose the identify of an undercover agent,

Sorry to say it, but it won't affect our traitorous senators of the Dim persuasion, and they know it. Being elected by the people to fill those positions automatically gives them clearances necessary to do the job. Klinton would not have been able to get a clearance if he had applied normally, but as an elected President, he automatically got the highest clearance available.
