That's my guess also..... It is tough for someone to get the number needed under the current format.... Nader couldn't do it last time.
Did you know that her first husband, McClellan, claims that LBJ ordered the assassination of JFK? I wonder if she is estranged from the McClellan sons in that seems to be moving Democrat in philosophy while keeping the "R" label.
In the poll by Montgomery & Associates Inc., respondents were asked how they would vote in a gubernatorial primary featuring Perry and Strayhorn. Nearly 55 percent said they would vote for Perry, compared with 29 percent for Strayhorn.
"This race is clearly Governor Perry's to lose," says Jeff Montgomery, president of Montgomery & Associates.
In a similar Montgomery & Associates poll in December, Perry led Strayhorn 56 percent to 30 percent.
