There is no 'civilized' response to a people who engage in uncivilized warfare, and never doubt that this is exactly what we face. We are fighting lawless barbarians and getting our soldiers killed with our kindergarten playground rules and Sunday school aphorisms for ROE. This writer is spot on. We'd better adjust or we lose.
