Hey, wait.... Idea incoming.... Something about "eminent domain"....
NYC receives no tax revenue from that property, and the US govt (i.e. the taxpayers) is losing money like crazy there.
Perhaps Donald Trump could drop some hints about a better "public use" for the property.
Sometimes you gotta take one for the cause.
Besides, we'd do a fund raiser to get you off :)
It's satire. Directly above the Mallard parody is a Doonesbury Parody. He digs at both of them. The naked supreme court justice photo was obviously fake, and so are the strips. It's called comedy.
