An improving economy has provided the state with almost $4 billion in unexpected revenue that the governor wants to use to cover state services and increase funding for schools and transportation programs. Looks like RINOLD is spending the "revenue" (i.e. taxpayer money) back on social programs.

And... As ususal... I watched him about a month ago come rushing onto TV all out of breath on how the unexpected revenue was all going to be directed to roads in this budget!!! (at least it was like 3.1 billyun as I
recall)
They're workin his differential over real good in those "big 5" closed door sessions and no matter how much slimey egg they put on his ridiculous face, the kool aid drinker(s) right here on FR will come out spinnin and singin his praises in true lies, diehard fashion!!!
And what REALLY gits me are the FReepers on here who should absolutely know better because they are in a position to know exactly what's going on... coming on here and rationalizing and equivocating along "party lines" to keep trying to prop up this lousey acting job!!!
It just makes me fighting mad that they can't stand up for CA in this crucial battle with this trojan horse racking ruin in the Crapitol in Sacra-ment-to-do-it-but-just-couldn't-do-it after all is said and done!!!
