My intent is to harm society as much as I can, then die.

The sick POS definitely harmed society with the horrendous crime against those children and their parents. Hopefully, we can execute him in a timely manner and make his wish to die a reality. My preference would be to put him in the general population at prison and let them do to him what he did to those kids.
