They can throw his confession out, but he would have no chance in hell of proving he didn't do it, since they found her body literally at his back door step. We're fortunate he was that stupid.

I think you're right...he's gonna fry. But I hope we can use the occasion of the court throwing out his horrible description of her final moments to revisit this idiotic ruling. It presupposes guilt on the part of the government whether there's any basis for it or not.
