I think you're the first. Just heard this on FOX news. But the newscaster is dropping the ball by not saying up front that the girl is alive. What a miracle. The older male she was with has been arrested on kidnapping charges. No mention of her brother. Spotted in a fast food restaurant in Coeur d'Alene.
