There are serious problems with the current make up the court; simply nominating a moderate because you want an Hispanic on the court to get more Hispanics in the republican column, would be extremely irresponsible.
O'Connor should be replaced with Robert Bork or a clone of him.

I agree with your first paragraph there, cb. And, I'd like to see Miguel Estrada or Ted Olson as the nominee.
