Claim Filed Against Mayor of Baldwin Park for Hate Crimes
Christian Communication Network ^ | 6/30/05 | Richard D. Ackerman, Esq

Posted on 06/30/2005 7:14:53 PM PDT by occutegirl

ALDWIN PARK, Ca., June 30 /Christian Wire Service/ -- The law firm of Lively & Ackerman, of Temecula, CA, has filed a formal governmental claim against the City of Baldwin Park, its Mayor, and Police Department. The firm represents Murrieta senior citizen Laura "Dottie" Dalton. According to the claim, "This governmental claim relates to an incident that took place on May 14, 2005, near the Danza Indigenas monument at the Baldwin Park Metrolink Station.

The Claimant is a senior citizen who attended a peaceful protest against racism engaged in by the City of Baldwin Park through its support of a monument which denounces white and other non-Latinos. Specifically, there was a protest and counter-protest that took place on May 14, 2005. The issues that evoked the controversy specifically arise from the fact that the tax-supported monument has quotes that read "It was better before they came," and "This land was Mexican once, was Indian always and will be again." The Mayor of Baldwin Park was present in support of the monument and the protesters who support the continued display of these racist, separatist and discriminatory comments."

Dottie mocked by BP High School Students

http://www.la.indymedia.org/news/2005/06/130925.php

The event could be titled "mass mobilzation" to "confront" the SOS/MMP/ Other Racists rhetoric of ignorance and hate. And this title wouldn't be a false given the images that so many have contributed about the action that took place in Baldwin Park the last Saturday, June 25, 2005. But if you were to soar high above the scene and look very carefully with good set of binoculars, you might see that much more was taking place than the images so far presented might show. You might notice that marching with signs wasn't the only resistance going on. Some of us resisted with politics woven in the fabric of poetry, song, dance, theatre, art and others forms of expression. Some of us thought it a more appropriate response to help build the culture of resistance, so that regular people could seize it for themselves

Among these people was Michael Heralda who taught people a song in their original language, Nauatl. Also contributing were students from Baldwin Park High School who wrote a play about "Pottie", the SOSer who had a bad bottle day, as well as their spoken word called "Letter to Joe Turner". Local SGV Jornaleros ( Day Laborers) spoke up about their struggles and gave poetry of their own. Bands like MEZKLAH and CIUAHTL TONALLI sang songs of resistance and revolution aganist the fear at the root of the SOS hysteria. FUPA Teatro layed down the history of a country made by robbery and lies. Judy Baca and SPARC Mural added their skit and amazing 90ft. mural to help explain how borders try to contain us all to no avail. Rudy Rude and BOOMARANG POLITICS slammed Joe Turner and the Minuteman Project with earth-shattering rhymes, and the militant AZTLAN UNDERGROUND closed the ceremony with its own musical assault on the foolishness of racism and imperialism, reminding everyone that, " We didn't cross the border; the border crossed us" There are many other contributors/conspirators who added their own impressions though they are not named here, but their contribution was felt among us who were open to them.

"We didn't cross the border; the border crossed us"

Their inane little mottos and their violent acts show the mindset and the LOW intelligence level of these morons.

I hope Dottie is OK, and I hope she wins the lawsuit.

I hope people in other states realize the extent that the Mexicanization of California and other border states is going on, that's it's a violent bunch of people that are trying to escalate it. It's up to American citizens to try and stop it, because OUR OWN GOVERNMENT WON'T ENFORCE THE LAWS.

The mayor took an oath of office to defend state and federal law, plus the U.S. Constitution. His butt is over a barrel.

Dottie's lawyer:
Worse yet is the fact that I am forced to defend a 66-year-old US resident who was injured because of her fight against government-sponsored racism and hate speech. The Mayor ought to be protecting California's actual residents instead of protecting those who violate the law...

You go, Dottie!

It's just amazing to watch what is going on in California now that the Mexicans have taken over. Here in the mid-west, people are just now realizing that the illegals are coming in by the millions with their crime, anchor babies and demands.

When they commit crimes, the people are finally taking notice that we are paying for their lawyers and their appeals - if they don't flee to Mexico first. The anchor babies are costing us billions of dollars, are wrecking our hospitals, and along with illegal children overwhelming our schools.

Suddenly, the powers that be - all open border advocates, are getting edgy. They have called upon the Catholic Church, favorite politicians of the area and favorite news casters, plus the open border newspapers, and are holding meetings to promote love. Now mind you, not the illegals for the citizens but for the brain dead citizens to love the illegals and quietly shut up, ante up and take it. HA

Already the illegals and the newspapers are demanding that every person hired in the area, government, shops, hospitals, police and dog catchers be bilingual. Well what that is doing is causing millions of American workers, who haven't been shafted by Bush already and still hold jobs, be fired if the don't learn Spanish - at their own expense.

This gives the illegals more power, as those who speak Spanish are sympathetic to their cause - which is to take over America with the help of Bush and Fox.

Make no mistake they are winning. Our government no longer is loyal to America. They have turned traitor long ago when Rush Limbaugh demanded that the conservatives back NAFTA, and subsequently Clinton signed many secret treaties with the world government people to over throw America. It is also amazing to me that we have the proof of treaties signed to overthrow us, however the media hides it. In our area the open borders people are still being nice, but anyone who gets too close to the truth are having editorials written about them in the newspapers, calling us racists.

How did America become such a nation of traitors?

It still doesn't pay for angry Mexican mobs to beat up on little old ladies (at least in broad daylight and with television cameras rolling) . .

=================================

The claim seeks one million dollars in compensation for medical bills, future medical expenses, and punitive damages.

The claim also requests that the City of Baldwin Park eliminate the racist comments set forth in the challenged monument. The City must respond to the claim in a manner prescribed by the California Government Code.

Bump, need to catchup on what happen there, somehow I missed it.

Now as for the "the bordered crossed me" line, pure BS unless this guy is a native American (Indian) very very few Mexicans settled in SW and the Indians killed most of those folks. It was not until US Americans (whites) settled and fought the Indians that the US South west was safe for Mexicans or Americans to settle into and by that time the border with Mexico was established. But of course the PC schools are teaching how everyone got along fine until the evil white man showed up. Now the white man made have been cruel and evil (alot were) but the killing of settlers by Indians had been going on for quite a while before.

Fortunately all this is documented in early Texas history, so it is very hard for an honest person to dispute

More proof that increasing numbers of "politicians" are no longer working for us and have in fact taken up sides with the invaders.

The primary problem seems to be our citizens' overall conditioning combined with reasonable expectations. Having grown up in in an era where policemen were our friends, teachers represented an extension of our values, the press reported the news and politicians looked out for their constituents, too many find it difficult to accept that the rule of law has been overturned in favor of the rule of corruption, vote-pandering and high-end political contributions.

Working excessively to shore up all the liberal/anti-citizen programs takes up the time, energy and spare money people would otherwise have to recognize the trap and effectively oppose it. Here on this very site those of us who decry the ongoing degradation are shouted down and vilified by those who consider America a financial enterprise where everything has a price tag rather than a sovereign nation worthy of preserving.

I have no clue as to what fantasy the Republican Party is entertaining with its focus on Hispandering. Their assumption that selective law enforcement and fast-track citizenship for illegals garners them points with Latinos is a direct insult to legal Americans of Latino descent as well as every immigrant working their butts off to achieve citizenship the right and legal way. "Normalizing" a population that should never have been allowed to remain here at all does not cut it - they have to go or submit to a very stringent and enforceable verification and tracking process while subject to public repayment service (and that's as liberal as I'm willing to go).

Putting illegals under the thumb of active enforcement is critically necessary for our nation. Unlike America's citizens most come here having been raised in an environment where values, loyalty and ethics pale in significance to the power of money and the few who wield it. I never blame them individually but I do curse the circumstances that promote smuggling ignorant people (usually robbed and/or forced to leave their belongings behind) by dangerous means, smuggled people held in drop houses in squalid conditions while their "agents" extort even more money from their waiting families, underage girls pushed into prostitution believing they're under indentured servitude, poor peons forced to carry illicit drugs while their survival packs are tossed aside...the evil of the smugglers/coyotes is seemingly limitless.

Once here, though, many of the illegals learn that they can get away with crap that would never be tolerated by any other nation on Earth. While they have no right to be here at all they demand and receive rights actual citizens don't enjoy thanks to the unceasing efforts of anti-American organizations. Many of those hinge on the perception that Latinos are a race while nothing could be further from the truth - "Hispanics" are a construct pushed through and won by LULAC during the Johnson Administration after they saw how the NAACP had won near carte' blanche over domestic policies at the time. They not only struck while the iron was hot, they eaked out everything they could while the Liberals indulged in their unearned “White success guilt” trip (see the recent Live 8 coverage for more of that crap 30 plus years on).

Illegals are hooked up with advocates who quickly clue them in that our country has no backbone where hints of racism rears it’s ugly head – indeed, they’re taught to cry racist at every seeming slight or perceived injustice in order to force the non-earned-guilt ridden people in charge to open up every avenue of access. This tactic has been so successful that illegals are forcing American businesses to hire Spanish translators while every other business on Earth rightfully expects to converse in their native language within their own country. Paging America: Pick up the soap you dropped, turn around and start fighting back! The people who got us here didn’t sacrifice so much just so their progeny would end up being outsourced drones scrabbling for sustenance while traitors build castles against our growing resentment. While the concept of “traitor” is temporarily displaced among the befuddled populace these tactics will surely be realized as citizen’s standards of living continue to drop despite their labor.

I’ll be the guy with the torch and pitchfork concession stand.

If the illegal alien demographic shift has resulted in this amount of political clout at this point in history, then I have almost no hope that we will preserve our sovereignty over the next generation. The increasing shift will only result in greater and greater political clout, and eventual separation.
