Doesn't the SSN-19 Shipwreck/Granit have a range over 600 kms???I think the current Russian carrier,the Kuznetsov carriers around 20 in a VLS,which saves a bit of space.
The various Kirov class BCGN's had 20 rounds. Source for the projected Granit loadout on the Ulyanovsk is Conway's All the World's Fighting Ships 1947-1995. The Kuznetsov and Varyag had 12 VLS launch tubes.
