Did anyone notice the four dissenting Justices were-if not actually Conservative, at least Centrist ?
Scalia and Thomas would chew your head off if you even so much as hinted they were centrists. I suspect you were refering to O'Conner. That is one of the all time bad decisions of the court. I'd can't wait till the lefties try to spin it as a win for the little guy.
