I don't remember the title. The only time I saw it was when it aired on TV. It was made by a couple french guys, filming a documentary about a rookie fireman. They tried to edit out everything of a graphic nature. I don't think they ever said what that sound was. There were so many. So very many.
I think the name of it was just 9-11 and I rented it from Netflix. It was in the documentary section. They were French producers Jules and Gedeon Naudet.
