Whats with the out of State donations?

Out of state donations take place all the time. When we do fundraisers for the GOP, we have raised money in Alabama and most of the money would go to other candidates in other states. In fact, look at the money given to Hillary in 2000 and see where and who donated the money. This isn't anything new. :)

If you look at Dick Durbins, many of his contributers were Attorney's from Florida. I thought that was rather interesting as well
