On the evening of the Michael Jackson verdict, I came home to receive that e-mail -- one of several expressing the same sentiment. Michael Jackson beat the system. Michael Jackson beat "The Man." As with the O.J. Simpson case, polls show a split on the verdict down racial lines. By a 2-1 margin, according to Gallup, whites believe him guilty. By a similar margin, non-whites believe him not guilty.

The blacks citing "racism" [sic] in these trials are simple operating on the principle that it's more fun to blame things than to fix them, hence that's what they and their leaders often do. Do they even see how weak and how much of a joke they appear to be when, even in the new millenium, they play the victim and say , "we can't fix our problems, we can't do it on our own, whites are too racist" when everybody else can take care of themselves?
Larry Elder has got the problem pinned down, and I have dream that one day blacks who are guilty of murder and rape will throw the race card-and it will NOT WORK.

This is unreal, it starts off with a flash movie saying "Innocent" with marching band music, then "Vindication" then at the top he compares what happened to him to the fall of the Berlin wall, to Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela..Say what?? Larry, bless his heart, does not probably understand just how much whites fear the "racist" label. Race played a part, just not the way you would normally expect.
What is the freggin` deal with Jermaine anyway and grease?? Everytime I see this guy it looks like he dipped his head in a jar of vaseline or something. In his hair, all over his face..I saw him the other night on TV and it was gross, his face was all shiny, totally obvious he takes some sort of grease and puts it all over his face..Look at this guy, look at his right eyebrow, it looks like some of it is hanging off there...

How is this a racial issue at all? As you say, it is obvious Jackson does not want to be black. When I see his fans and "supporters," it looks to me as if very few of them are black. And when has Jackson ever been a spokesperson or rolemodel of any kind for the African American community??

But, tell me: Now that the bands and celebrating have stopped, when ws the last time you saw OJ on television? In the movies? On the radio? When was the last time you saw OJ doing ANYTHING except playing golf?
